It was the first Cave Creek/Carefree Luxury Home Tour of 2022. For a while, the Phoenix MSA real estate market couldn't keep listings on long enough to tour. But with the market shifting to a balanced market it is now a great time to be amongst other agents and discuss the changes we are experiencing in the market while seeing beautiful, unique homes I may have not seen otherwise.
Cave Creek is gorgeous and offers custom homes with character and charm all while secluded in the natural desert landscape. Some homes are extremely unique with stunning views and larger lots and take just the right buyer.
The speaker at the tour mentioned that while our contract numbers are down in conjunction with the rising interest rates we still have high demand in Phoenix. Our population has grown a lot over the last few years and those moving here need places to live. In addition, new employment is being added bringing more people and jobs to the valley.
